Original concept. This interface illustrates a possible product.Schedules, attendance and remaining sessions live in separate sheets. Rescheduling is hard to track and certificates are prepared one at a time.
Each participant connects to a group and session history. Administrators handle changes and waiting lists, then verify graduates before generating certificates.

Attendance and session changes
Attendance, cancellation and a moved session are distinct events. School rules determine the remaining balance. When a place opens, an administrator decides whom to admit from the waiting list.
Data validation and certificates
The proposed flow verifies names, course and eligibility first. In the local sketch, a moved session must be confirmed before three real demonstration PDF certificates can be downloaded in a ZIP.
