A role-based document portal with a personal checklist and precise review feedback.
Original concept. This interface illustrates a possible product.Clients send documents in pieces across different channels. Staff repeat requirements, track deadlines manually and search for corrected files among old versions.
A personal checklist shows missing and accepted items. Feedback belongs to a specific document; the final archive uses approved versions.

Document checklist
Each item describes the expected file, deadline and status. A reviewer gives a specific correction rather than a generic rejection. A replacement remains linked to its previous version.
File-access permissions
Clients see only their own set; reviewers see assigned cases. Authorisation belongs both on the card and the file request. The final archive contains accepted versions with a review history.
