EVENTPULSE
Guest registration and invitation check-in

Event operations with RSVP, QR invitations, allowed companions and check-in.
Original concept. This interface illustrates a possible product.Registration and entry lists live separately. Staff struggle to verify companions, repeat entry and current attendance quickly.
RSVP, invitation capacity and entry marks share one record. Registrars get fast lookup and scanning without unnecessary personal fields.
- Guest list, RSVP and companions
- QR tickets
- Check-in and attendance count
- Sync queue for weak connections
Invitation capacity and check-in
The organiser controls the number of allowed companions. A repeated scan shows the existing entry instead of increasing attendance again. The local button simulates scanning; it does not use the camera.
Unstable-connection handling
A proposed implementation distinguishes server-confirmed marks from queued operations. After reconnection, the server reconciles them and flags conflicting entry records for review.

A designed demo with fictional guests. Offline operation would need a preloaded list; device conflicts require later reconciliation. This is not a payment or turnstile system.
