FILEFLOW

Batch document generation from a spreadsheet

FILEFLOW

Batch documents from a table or form, with field checks, preview and a ZIP download.

Original concept. This interface illustrates a possible product.
01 / The task

Manual copying leaves old names, blank fields and inconsistent filenames. Reviewing the result can take longer than preparing it.

02 / The solution

Data maps to an approved template. Validation and preview come before generation, then individually named PDFs are packaged into an archive.

  • Table or form input
  • Approved templates
  • Required-field checks and preview
  • Named PDFs and ZIP download
03

Templates and field validation

Contract appendices, certificates, completion reports and proposals need their own approved templates. Validation identifies the exact row and missing field before generation.

04

File names and ZIP archive

Each record receives a consistently named PDF. The local demonstration really generates 25 files after row 17 is corrected. Every document is marked as a synthetic sample.

INTERACTIVE SKETCHSynthetic data

PACKAGE / 25 SYNTHETIC RECORDS

Rows 01–16Validated
Row 17Required “Name” field is empty
Rows 18–25Validated
PDF filenames in the archivecertificate_01_participant-01.pdfcertificate_02_participant-02.pdf… and 23 more files

Generation is blocked: correct the required field.

This runs in your browser. No data is sent. State resets when you leave; downloaded files stay with you.

Context and limits +

The concept uses synthetic records. Clients approve contracts and legal wording. The generator does not provide legal opinions.
