PROOFROOM
Design approval with versions and comments

A client approval room with file versions, precise comments and an explicit decision.
Original concept. This interface illustrates a possible product.Feedback gets lost in messages while “final” files multiply. Production is left guessing which version the client accepted.
Each design has a version history. Comments belong to a specific file; the production role sees only an explicitly approved version.
- Files and version history
- Comments pinned to a point
- Reply dates and approval states
- Separate production access
Version-linked comments
A note is linked to a version and a point in the image. Old discussions remain in history rather than appearing as current feedback. Review deadlines and status are visible.
Design approval
Viewing or downloading does not count as approval. The client explicitly accepts a version; a later change returns it to review. The sketch illustrates the flow without sending files to production.

Viewing a file does not count as approval.
This runs in your browser. No data is sent. State resets when you leave; downloaded files stay with you.
Context and limits +
A designed workspace using synthetic material. It does not include a browser-based Photoshop editor. The legal approval process would be agreed separately.
