One order form connects parameters, calculation rules and a branded document. Each amount can be explained; each version retains its original terms.

Line items and calculation rules
Area, quantity, guest count, materials and timing affect specific line items. Units, quantities, rates and totals remain visible. Non-standard work gets its own line.
Proposal versions
The manager can compare a revision with the previous proposal. A PDF records its version and applied rates without rewriting an earlier document.

The local sketch changes print quantity, applies the sample tariff and creates a real demonstration PDF. It is a product concept, not a live quoting service.
