One release card brings together materials, responsibilities and dates. Validation names the missing detail; export would collect approved versions.

Metadata checks
A missing composer credit identifies the track and field that needs attention. File presence and approval remain separate states; a new master is not automatically final.
Handoff file package
Lyrics retain their history, with LRC and TTML planned for synchronised formats. The team would choose approved audio, artwork and metadata before creating an organised handoff package.
