Rental inventory with date-based availability and partial-return tracking.
Original concept. This interface illustrates a possible product.Today’s warehouse count does not show how much equipment is available on an event date. Overlapping orders lead to double reservations and last-minute substitutions.
Availability follows reservations, issue and return dates. Kits expand into their components; damaged items stay out of usable stock.

Date-based reservation checks
The calendar shows booked and free quantities. The sketch blocks a second order when it exceeds the remaining four units. Delivery and inspection buffers can be included in the rules.
Return and condition tracking
Items return through separate operations. Staff record received quantities, shortages and damage. Cleared items re-enter stock; those under inspection remain unavailable.
