REVIEW SIGNAL

Review analysis with examples and team actions

REVIEW SIGNAL

Customer feedback analysis from a supplied export, with a route from each theme to original reviews.

Original concept. This interface illustrates a possible product.
01 / The task

An average rating hides repeated problems. Reading one review at a time makes it hard to see growing themes and choose what to improve.

02 / The solution

A supplied export becomes topics, rating trends and a problem list. Conclusions link to original reviews; a selected issue becomes a team task.

  • Supplied CSV import
  • Recurring-topic grouping
  • Rating trends and examples
  • Improvement task list
03

Original review examples

A theme opens its original examples and observation period. A real review may contain several themes, so topic counts must not be presented as independent customers.

04

Actions from the analysis

Trends describe the available sample; they do not prove a cause. A responsible person checks the examples and defines the task. The sketch filters fixed reviews and records a local draft action.

These reviews are fictional. Choose a topic to turn examples into an action.

This runs in your browser. No data is sent. State resets when you leave; downloaded files stay with you.

Context and limits +

An analytical concept with fictional reviews. It uses business-supplied exports and does not scrape closed platforms. AI classification would require human checks.
