STAYFLOW
Housekeeping, room readiness and staff tasks

Internal operations for small hotels: arrivals, cleaning, room checks and staff tasks.
Original concept. This interface illustrates a possible product.Administrators need several calls to learn room readiness. Cleaning, repairs and extras compete for attention, while “vacant” does not necessarily mean “ready”.
The operations board separates occupancy from condition. Checkout starts a cleaning and inspection sequence before readiness is confirmed.

Room-preparation stages
Checkout moves the room to cleaning. Completed cleaning moves it to inspection. A fault creates a separate task and prevents accidental handover to another guest.
Administrator and staff tasks
The administrator sees approaching arrivals and delays. Staff see their assigned rooms and services without unnecessary guest data. Additional services have a time and owner.

Context and limits +
An original interface with synthetic data. It does not replace a booking engine, sell accommodation or claim channel synchronisation without a separate integration.
